Lord of the rings online
Yes, I had some vacation. Days spent in Latvia, then in native Vilnius – relaxing, even forgetting about my own blog.
Riga was great, Bauska was good, some photos taken, many impressions. Nice days spent without worries, just relaxing.
Playing Lotro is easier and kind of good. I log in, turn in task items in Udun, then go to local Forges and farm taskboard items + other handy loot. Then – back to Bree for repairs or occasional help. If there’s nothing to do, I farm forges.
Managed to help some players with their questing. One Champion was impressed how I nuked dragons in Angmar (“you were tanking!”). At my level that Champion would one-kick dragons (without need to take weapon).
I am sad developers decided to screw Scholar. Yet another fact they do not play as typical player. If they had, they would either show some care for Scholar/Cook or abolish. I wouldvote for abolishing and leaving, say, 4 schools: Gatherer, Metalworker, Woodworker, Tailor, Jeweller. Cook’s recipes should go to Gatherer, Scholar’s – maybe to Jeweller. But since this is logic, developers are not going to even listen to this.
Naktieskarys is doing Farmers fair festival. So far it goes really slow: 4 tokens for throwing fruits at Bounders; 4 tokens for finding apples and 4 tokens for encouraging lazy vendors to work. The fact is, I need 120 tokens for one Anfalas crystal.
Other toons just sleep. I have many questions about game and upgrades, but leaving it for future.
For now – grind taskboard items, one day take Naktieskarys to Udun and then reach kindred with locals.
And so, the week has ended, quite good in Lotro.
